Vector Outback 3-12 40mm

So for BlackFriday I snagged 2 scopes for the .22lr Savages my boys have. I wanted focus of at least 25 yards. I found these 3-12x Vector's on Dvor for less than $50 each, shipped free. They look well made in weight and finish, adjust down to 10 yards with a forgiving eye box to 10 power just holding them up upon inspection. I am sure max 12x is no issue once mounted. The reticles are not the thinnest but suitable for general use. The glass looks CLEAR with no yellow tint often seen on cheapies with detail that is sharp, at least to my first impression. The power wheel turns well and smooth. They send it with bikini caps, flip covers and a sunshade. Photos attached.

The rings are not what I would call quality but at least they send a pair (picatinny mount). The manual is a one pager explaining scope basics and terms we all know and a 5 year warranty. The mini-turrents click WELL, loud and positive (far better than a Redfield I have). The cover caps secure well with many turns before they lock down. Made in China. No idea how they hold zero or track.

They are on Optics Planet but as of now a touch over $60. Their photos differ, the turrents especially, than the samples I received (I like mine better).
