I don’t know Bob. That one looks like he’s been laying up there a week or so. LOL 

I’m amazed. I was hunting this morning . I got six starlings and two pigeons but the longest one might have been 75 yards. It was a starling sitting on the road and I might have skipped one into him on a low hit . I’m still counting him

I’m trying and having fun.

My vet friend ask me to kill off some starlings who have taken over his purple Martin house. He’s been trying to get the martins to nest. He’s cleaned out the starling nests three times and has decided enough is enough. I killed six and knocked feathers off three .

i ordered some 40 grainers just to see. The 24 and 25’s don’t shoot any better then pellets out of my Brocock Sniper HP . I just painted that gun. Just didn’t like it all black . I think it looks great . Now if I can get it shooting out a little further. My goal is 100.

I remember when I thought 35yds was a long shot. And I was thrilled to death the first time I shot a pigeon at 100yds. 

Now with slugs, 100yds is like plinking.

Bob, please remind me of the power level you are pushing with those 40 grain slugs. 200y is awesome! I feel pretty good about shooting shot gun hulls at 100y, 20 guage hulls when I'm feeling sassy. Twice that far is almost incomprehensible to me.

The VK slugs are awesome. Here is a 28gr I just dug out of a squirrel that was eating my wife's strawberries. Shot out of my .22 700mm Impact at 65yrds.

My vet friend just sent me a text. Said no starlings on either of his Purple Martin houses and he’s seen a couple purple martins. Those birds apparently are very particular about nesting sights. He is hopeful and happy. Such a nice man and I’m glad to have helped him. Essentially doing something I enjoy.

Im wondering if this Brocock bantam Sniper HP might benefit from a turner. If anyone has a suggestion as to who send me a PM

What would be your fill pressure with these settings and how low would you shoot to (I assume just over the regulator drop off point of 160?)

250bar fill pressure and I try to refill before 170bar.
