Varmint Knocker Slugs/Edgun R5 - Take 2 – Not Graphic, but extremely effective!

Got another squirrel this morning with the Edgun R5 .25 Supermagnum using Varmint Knocker 40 grain large hollow point slugs. Squirrel was at 25 yards about 30 feet off the ground on a limb. You can see in the picture that the shot hit him in the shoulder. There was only a single hole entrance, no exit , hardly any blood, immediate death, no twitch, nothing. Pellet expansion is pretty awesome.

I shot a squirrel in the head the other day with one of these slugs and the slug passed completely though the head and out the other side, just like a pellet.

I shot a raccoon in the chest and the slug killed it and as you would expect the slug did not pass through.

Like Intenseaty22 said on my other post, Matt Dubber has a good video showing what slugs do in clay. Really interesting. Thank you Intenseaty22!

Edgun looks excellent I've never seen the rifling on a
