will the above regulator/valve fit this tank?
Hopefully the full picture of the valve will show
If not what which one will I need and
where to get it?
I am new to this air gun stuff and have
a lot to learn

Find a standard Scott SCBA tank valve with CGA347 threading (not the quick connect your tank has now) and a CGA347 fill adapter. Much more robust & reliable than top picture. From the picture, I don't believe that threading is compatible with the Drager tank valve threading but I could be wrong.

After further trial and error. I found that the c g a 347 will not work on this valve. It has a pop off valve that blows out when you turn on the valve. and I did have to o ring on the valve.any suggestion? But I also have another tank that I will be having checked and a reg/fill valve to replace the dragger valve for a buddy tank. Disregard photo three fitting on the end
