OK, whether because of my rant or not, AoA contacted me to make the scope right. Certainly better late than never. I stand corrected on AoA's service.

We are sorry to hear that you are encountering an issue with your scope. Your post does not identify what the problem is exactly. We currently do not show any pending issues in our system with an Aztec scope, and we do not require anyone to leave a voicemail. Our sales and service staff are on the phones daily during business hours, or you can request a callback rather than holding for a representative. Any issue that you may or may not be having with your scope can also be emailed through Aztec's online form or directly to [email protected]. I have that scope. It rocks. Also did that aoa post say you called today left a message and you make an angry rant questioning thier service before even the same workday was up. If im mistaken im sorry but if im not I would like to point out that lots of people here just see the topics and read the first post and move on. Hopefully you didn't cause anyone that was on the fence about an aztec or from purchasing from aoa in general because you got mad about something that sounds like a miscommunication on your part. Aoa is a great company and I hate to see them take a hit because of this.
