Tuning V I DE O / .20 Cal. Re barreled and tuned Ruger Air Hawk Elite

Buyer asked me to re barrel the rifle in a .20 Cal Loather Walther Barrel and tune the trigger as well as do my custom work to it.

The Ruger air hawk and Ruger air hawk elite is a clone of the Dianna 34 except the trigger is a different version and the tube a little longer
swept volume is the same and the I.D. of the tube is the same

Yes it is and it takes a lot of effort to get it just right, people think you just hit a button and its done but its a lot of machine work
just to get you closer and honed in.

good cross vice and a tiny adjustable fly cutter / booring cutter. Double pins , It’s a difficult one to do and I’ve done a 350, 34 twice and will prolly never do it again as I Did a 350 in 25 and 34 was a .20. Both platforms are not my favorite.

I was surprised the Diana 34 .22 did not get more fps according to straight shooters they posted 619 fps
the 671 fps in .20 cal on the Ruger made for a smooth shooter,
