While I was filming a review on one of the many UTG bipods, a part fell off. It's not something I get too upset about because, these things happen from time to time and the bipod still functioned.
I emailed Leapers and explained that the piece fell off outside and finding it would be nearly impossible. I got a response within a day from a rep asking for my address so that they could send me a replacement bipod! Very nice, Leapers!
So... I understand that when it comes to larger companies like this it's sometimes easier to just send a new unit rather than try to find one small piece. Still, I think it's good how fast they were to respond with a solution.
