UTG 4-16X44 30mm AO Scope Alternative?

I didn't miss the part about you waiting for MTC Viper Pro. This going to be a very nice choice.

From my experience it becomes a hassle to return things, spending time, air and pellets to zero a scope that you won't be satisfiy with.

Once you own a scope. I can almost guarantee you'll buy another one before the end this year.

Since I own multiply airguns so I like to keep my scope price in the mid range. I may spend a little more on the FX Impact once it gets here. Most of the time I'm shooting under 100 yards so for now my Athlons and Hawke scopes work just fine.

Let us know how your MTC Viper Pro turns out.

Hi,

I was just going through all the threads I started, and I realized, that there are a few post I never replied to... sorry about that.

Well, I have the MTC Viper Pro and I am not a big fan of it. The glass at higher magnification is not clear at all. Making the range tape is a bit of a PITA. The clicks are not that positive and it is heavy. That said. I believe I have a pre-production unit so they may have improved the scope over time. Even though I read that others feel the same about the clarity of the glass. If you would like to know more about the MTC, just do a search on here (if you haven't already) and you will find another thread about it.

I am currently looking at getting something that has a ballistics calculator build in, such as the Sig Sauer BDX.

Thanks,

Kmd
