Anytime I've called they've just sent me an invoice to pay so that everything was correct , it's funny you called to place but emailed to complain. Proof one way and not the other.

iv always had great service from them, one order years ago pellets were shipped terrible lotta damage, they resent the order same day,

Email has proof phone doesn’t. Looks like CT is a bit aways from modernity.

Email doesn't have proof because it doesn't tell us where they said the NSA ammo qualified. You have proof that it doesn't, just like their site... however lack proof showing where you were told it does.
