I recently made my first purchase from Utah Airguns and they dealt with me and my indecisiveness in a very patient and professional manner. I was torn between a Wildcat MK2 in .22 and the 'Warcat' Compact .25 version. After thinking that I had my mind made up, I'd placed an order on a Monday for the warcat. Couldn't sleep that night, kept wrestling with my choice… don't really need a .25 but love that Kryptek Typhon dip, don't much care for the cerakote, looks great stock but that's gonna clash with a DonnyFL moderator, my backyard only allows me to shoot out to about 70ish yards, .25 is overkill for mostly 50yd targets and the occasional birdfeeder bandit. But I love the short compact look, if I could just get that look in a .22 and on and on and on. You've all been there, right?
So I finally decide what I really want and call back the next morning and change the order. Wildcat mk2 .22 with a Typhon dip and please include an stx barrel. Jessica was quite gentle with me and very accommodating. I'd been told the compact was probably a 3 week wait due to the 'dip' guy ( or was it cerokote?) being on vacation that week and she figured the same for the .22 wildcat. So I was a wee bit surprised when I received shipping/tracking by the end of the next business day (Wednesday).
The only fly in the ointment was when the fill-in UPS driver didn't scan my package at pickup. So just like the compressor I ordered from AoA, I was biting my nails until it got closer to NC and finally updated. So overall, a good first experience with Utah Airguns and now my .22 Regal has company.
cheers
