Call them. Email is custom made to be ignored or give delayed response. I have never had a bad experience with them over the phone. Only took me 2 emails to see they were like so many others with email. The phone is an immediate situation that requires immediate attention.

They truly are a stand up company. If they did price matching and free shipping after a certain dollar amount I'd do a lot more business with them.
