Anyone having trouble with their tracking, when I enter the tracking number the screen just goes blank and stays that way?

Occasionally I get trouble tracking with USPS, but it's pretty infrequent.
The most common problem I experience is my parcel doesn't get properly entered into their system. So the tracking number I have is for the last parcel sent with that tracking number. So it'll tell me my parcel was dropped off someplace in Kansas, but I'm in Canada.

I know it’s a long number but did you try entering it manually ? Also, did you try on a different device like an ipad or pc ?
My phone sometimes didn’t like tap to track.
