They can't be as dangerous as what you think other wise people wouldn't strap them on there back and go running into a fire . But it gives me the Willy's whenever I fill a tank new or old lol.

An additional question would be regarding one's liability and comprehensive insurance in the event that a failed tank caused an accident/motorvehicle accident. Explosion/immediate burst is less of a concern, IMO, than a rapid depressurization, especially inside a passenger compartment.Knowing what little bit I have read on these sites about hyro testing. If hauling a tank that is not certified and you get stop by the law and they happen tocheck the tank.Can you be given a ticket, just asking
