Hello All,

Last night r1richard2000 listed a Shoebox F10 for sale. https://www.airgunnation.com/topic/wts-shoebox-f10/ 

I messaged him asking about details and the price since it wasn't in the listing. He responded and after a couple exchanged messages here on AGN I told him I definitely wanted the compressor. Since it was late I asked if we could complete transaction today. He agreed and said he would get me accurate shipping costs in the morning.

I messaged him this morning if he had received the shipping quotes. He said he's on his way and I give him my address and cell phone number so that we can complete the transaction. 

Eventually he texts me USPS and UPS shipping prices. I tell him "Yup" go ahead with UPS and then I don't hear from him. About 80 minutes later I ask for an update. He responds he doesn't understand. I ask if he shipped the compressor and that I need to pay him.

He responds that I never told him ok to proceed and that he sold the compressor to someone else. I texted him pics of the AGN message where I said I definitely wanted the compressor and that I told him "yup". 

He never confirmed that I didn't want the compressor, if anything was wrong on my end or if I changed my mind.

He said there was a "miscommunication" and that he was sorry.

You All can make your own conclusions.

So if someone thinks i will ship before payment naw. Here is the convo. If yup is ship and I’ll pay you later? Not on my clock. Save when you have someone else ready to pay? Nope not going to miss a sale. If i want something and the person goes to the store and get shipping price and he sends it to me and I’m okay with it i will ask for PayPal so i can pay.

I gotta say I go the other way. Richard says $40 max and Taso says "I'll definitely take it, and pay PP fees". Richard comes back with UPS -$53 vs USPS-$52 and Taso replies "UPS" indicating (to me) that he will pay the $53 as opposed to $52......and even says "YUP" to the UPS slogan. Don't sound to confusing to me, but I'm sure others have opinions too
