Uragan = Vulcan 2 ?

Same company, 2 different bullpups.
Vulcan w/ air tube
Uragan w/ carbon bottles and long or compact barrels
I do not think they use same stock.

Totally different, the stock is different and the regulator is located inside the action. My neighbor just got his a couple months ago but he went to Florida, he should be home any day now. Once he's back and the weather gets a little warmer I'll do some testing between my Vulcan2 and his Uragan, both are 25 cal.

I have both.
They are different. I like the Uragan the must. It is lighter than the Vulcan 2 Tactic. Uragan has a bigger air bottle, is shorter but with a longer barrel, and it shoulders better.
Same extraordinary accuracy and quality.
In my opinion, the Uragan is the perfect bullpup air rifle. It has it all.

Vulcan
:

Uragán 🌪:
1) Slavic word for Hurricane: a violent tropical cyclone with winds moving at 73 or more miles per hour, often accompanied by torrential rains, and originating usually in the West Indian region: winds of hurricane force sometimes occur in the absence of a hurricane system.
2) Uragan 9K57 Multiple Launch Rocket System): is a self-propelled multiple rocket launcher system designed in the Soviet Union. It began its service with the Soviet Army in the late 1970s, and was its first modern spin and fin stabilized heavy multiple rocket launcher.
But really, they are different PCPs as well. Both very good, IMHO. I love them both. They are similar and do share some designs; shroud, barrel maker (CZ), fasteners & same Airgun Technology manufacturer. I suggest getting them both
