I just wanted to thank Dennis at Indiana Airguns and Robert, CEO or Daystate USA, for coming through for me with GREAT customer service. Dennis and Robert have been working hard to get me an actual RED replacement stock for my #119 or 200 Limited Edition ROSSO Series Red Wolf rifle. They put in alot of work, calling the UK daily etc and getting a few reserve stocks from them.
I admit, some of the posts on my "Check out my Broken Red Wolf" post had me a little worried I would have to return the rifle...but that's not the case. Here is the deal:
Daystate does have a very small number of Limited ROSSO stocks on hand for just this kind of situation. If you call them asking for one they will say "NO were out"...but that is be cause these stocks will only be available to registered ROSSO owners as a replacement...not to someone who just want to fancy up thier standard Red Wolf.
Big relief for me as of course I wanted to keep my super sexy rifle. So once agian: Thank you to Dennis at Indiana Airguns and Robert ad AG of AZ for all your hard work in helping me out. You have a loyal customer for life!
and Thanks to all the AGN members who tried to make me feel better when they saw my stock...and some who even tried to help me get another one. Your a bunch of good people!
-Nate
P.S. I should also apologize to UPS, they did not drop my package. I guess a package like that can get caught on the conveyor belt during a right hand turn, then packages get backed up and it actually bends the whole package resulting in a "pressure break" of the stock. UPS drivers: Your OK in my book!
