I got one the other day from about 50 yds. Pop! 50+ fpe straight between the ears squeezed that tiny brain matter right out of the entry hole... he dropped and didn't even twitch. The pellet, a .25 cal JSB Heavy, traveling at ~835fps, made it all the way to his tail and stayed inside the body, didn't damage the meat, was right at the surface.
