Thanks for sharing the pictures. You have an amazing collection. Where do you load the pellet on the SLR98?

Thank you. They actually have a 7 shot magazine (SLR self loading rifle) or a single shot tray/magazine can be used. If you look close in the foreground of the SLR picture you can see there are 2 magazines.

Me, I have the HW57s (.177, .22) and the 97KT is .20.

Got only ONE sidelever (D54 .20) and the rest that I have without PCP is break barrel.

I see Tyrolian stocks in your picture and think that was added, is that true?

It’s a pity Theoben went out of business. I have an HW97K.177 and I love it.

Beautiful collection. I bet they shoot well, too. I have a number of nice and very accurate rifles, but only one of my springers is in the "beauty" class of what you show here.

Beautiful collection, I'd take any one of those over any 5 plastic PCPs, I like my 97 and TX200, the only downside is the weight as I like to use springers for hunting and for that I prefer my HW95. IMHO

In addition to these I have 3 R9's .177 w/barrel sleeve, grip cap & adjustable recoil pad, .20 & .22 w/barrel sleeve.

On the Air Arms TX200MKII does the breach open like a HW77-97? It’s hard to see.

And that theoben SLR98 thumbhole, I’m drooling like a bulldog checking it out. Crow

Yes same type of sliding breech on the TX but they use an anti bear trap lever where the 97 does not.

i've only owned 1 under-lever. it was enough to realize i don't care for them at all. 

now it's a safe-queen until i find someone who loves it more than i can.

I’m sorry DualMagMike I meant is the opening size the same the same as the TX200 or the HW’s? It looks like the breech opens like the HW’s. 

If it does, in my opinion, it needs to be bigger. I have a hard time loading .22, I could imagine loading.177. Crow

I've never measured them but I think they are pretty close, however the TX's are one sided and not full ambidextrous openings like the 97/77 I much prefer the 97's larger opening and lack of anti beartrap.

I think that under levers do have an accuracy edge, and for that reason I’ll always own a few. The tx200 is the only one that I have yet to try. At some point I’ll just give in and order one
