Umerex Notos stock wobble/play

Anyone have a fix for the play in the Notos adjustable stock, did a few searches and didnt come up with anything.. I love everything about the gun except this, when shouldering I can feel the gun move up/down with play in stock.. would a aftermarket stock be needed or is there a quick fix for this. Thanks for any help/suggestions.

Hey David, do you know if theses are standard buffer tubes? I haven't had a chance to check, and want to try a folding stock adapter.

Run a few strips of duct tape along the top of the buffer tube under the stock. I do this when I have a loose AR stock. Works great and you can keep the tape short enough to no see it when fully extended.

Put 3 layers of electrical tap on top of tube, its rock solid now and my groups tightened up even more.. shot 6 shots at 32 yds into a hole just a little bigger then a pellet skirt the 7th hit about 1/8 in out of group my fault. Was using JSB 18 GR pellets at 706 fps average,this gun ties with my Cayden as most accurate.

mine has a very slight wobble, but it doesn't bother me, I'm more wobbley than the stock...

Have seen Notos with the plastic piece removed from the pistol grip back up to the stock. How did you do it and will it cause problems down the road?

Did adding the bottle add much weight to the gun? Bet you get a ton of shots.

the gun the way you see it weighs 7.1 lbs
the cool thing about it is the gun itself has no modifications, it can be reverted back to stock in about 10 minutes

What's the trick for getting the butt stock off the buffer tube? I want whatever I put on the buffer tube to be hidden because I like the stock fully extended.

Is the drop block plug and play or were there other modifications needed? I don't see any threads on that block to attach it to the gun, just looks like a push fitting attachment

you have to remove the pin and spring it's easy,

Or pull down on the cross pin past what the adjustable handle will give you in movement. It will slide off at that point.

No, you have to modify the drop block, go to this thread and read entire thread for info on what to do , there has been some updates to the modification,

I got it off and put one piece of Gaff tape on the buffer tube.
It's perfect, no more rattling!
