I recently posted that I picked up an Umarex Gauntlet. My post was about my first impressions, good and bad. Within the back and fourth on my post, I posted concerns about the safety.
Mark Davis sent me a message wanting to resolve the issue (which honestly was my user error...man that safety has a long throw). This shows a high degree of concern for the customer satisfaction. I told Mark about semi stripped screws on the gun when it arrived. A very short period later replacement screws and a nice baseball cap showed up at my door.
