Umarex Steel Storm

Yeah! Umarex is sending me a new spring for my old model Steel Storm.

Now I need the loading KEEPER that attaches to the end of the spring. My buddy lost it trying to repair the gun for me.

HELP! I want to be able to disperse rioting crowds.

Why didn't Umarex send that other part with the SPRING? Are they aware you can't shoot your gun without it? Why even bother sending you just a spring?
