This wasn't tuned or repaired really. I was getting tired of the full length shroud on this thing. The air stripper and added 4 or so inches does nothing to keep the sound down and only keeps me from putting it in most cases I own.

I don't know yet. It fits the same as the other except shorter.
This rifle shot the same when the shroud was off as it did on so I doubt it.

If the shroud is in tension. It should be dramatically stiffer with the carbon fiber. You should see more consistent accuracy. It made a difference on my 50 cal texan....let us know.how.it shoots. Looks great
