I added a comment on the Youtube video of another method to mount bipod. I've also commented on it in earlier posts and on the GTA forum. Location I used works just fine.

Well I don't do videos, but thepictures will show bipod installation. Front Gauntlet swivel stud replaced with a 5m .8 x 3/8" screw. The fore end is not touching the shroud.
