I just bought a Umarex airsaber kit scope 3 arrows $225.00 free ship single barrel model. My buddy bought the new airsaber X2 double barrel kit at midway for$389.00. I need a backup pcp in case my Texan breaks. Im real excited to try them out. I have a aqua environment regulator so tethering at 3625 psi for the single barrel and 4000 psi for the X2 shouldn't be a problem. I've been watching these for a while and thats pretty cheap for our big bore arrow.shooting sports. I'm going to upgrade my scope to my Nikon tactical 3x9x40 tactical mil and use my airgun target turret stickers for my ranges every 10 yards. I use west hunter adjustable moa rings so I have enough adjustment to stretch its legs out.

Well the airsaber arrived!!! We shot and sighted in both last night at!! Tethering with my aqua environment regulator. Shot the x2 double barrel first since it was 4000 psi max. The trigger is awesome
about twice as good as my Texan triggr. Side cocking big leaver awesome.. Easy little effort. Accuracy was varied from both barrels even at 20 yards. Accuracy was the same at 20 but different point of aim . the shroud needs adjusted to center the barrels and will shoot again. The double barrel X2 is heavier than the single barrel. The single.barrel stock is so nice. Light stiff plenty of rail.space. The trigger is not nearly as good as the X2. It has a ton of.creep. It is hard to cock the bolt. But doable for a man. Probably not a junior hunter. Accuracy was decent but not impressive like the videos. Overall for my single barrel at $225.00. The stock awesome overall build and look weight and handling are really good. Will.keep.you posted with velocity and accuracy reports on both models. It is half as loud as my 50 texan. You can shoot without earing protection. Yes it loud. But not terrible.

Nikon tactical 3x9x40 mil.reticle. West hunter adjustable pictanny rings. Prob 60 moa elevation in to have scope at bottom of adjustment range. Two cheap eBay lasers. And a eBay tacticool green led 18650 battery green light. Also.a Le032 rangefinder mounted on the side. Rangefinder not the best hoping it will be ok for bow ranges.

Thanks for giving a heads-up on this deal - it is a good one. I just ordered the cheaper single AirSaber w/Optic combo and an extra set of bolts.
I held off until today as a new Free Shipping promo just started today. It should show up when you first access the MidwayUSA site, but if not it is freeship72322 so it looks to be good for today only.
At first I thought that it wouldn't work as it said that the rifle was not eligible for free shipping. But when I added another cheap item to my order to get to $49 (the extra 6-pack of bolts was $42), the whole order shipped for free.
I don't know whether this gun is going to be discontinued soon with the release of the PCP version of the AirJavelin, but it still seems like it could be a whole lot of fun for very reasonable money.
Of course I then had to add an $80 target bag, rated for 450+ fps field point bolts... Too bad I gave my old bag to my brother.

I chronograph mine today tethered at 3625 psi and Velocity was between 345 and 365fps depending on arrow. I sorted my arrows out 2shot different 4 shot good outta 6. Shot good enough my nephew hit a arrow at 50 yards. I shot 20,30,40,50 yards today and marked my turrets. Tomorrow will shoot 60,70yards. I will post my drop chart to when finished. 5 mil drop at 50 yards from 20 yard zero.

I got one from Midway too, took it out today and holy mackerel! This Airsaber is a BEAST!!!! I got it sighted in very quick, the accuracy and power is just amazing. Three shots at 30 yards and all three were touching and had penetrated a crossbow target just about to the fletching.

Nice!!!! I put the new UTG OP3 crossbow scope on mine and it hits the target at 120 yards with the recycle hold over. My airsaber has been much better to me than my Airforce Texan so far. It is easy to shoot 70yards. Mines chronograph right around 465 fps now

uhg, "Umarex", no thank you. i've owned a dozen before i learned better. they make some interesting toys, but their quality control sucks.

Well my Airforce Texan 50 cal has given me more issues to date.$1169.00. Umarex Airsaber $230.00 hasnt broke yet knock on wood Ravin crossbow that does same thing $3500.00. I bought the airsaber because I'm tired of buying new crossbows when the limbs break and parts aren't available. It will hit the target at 120 yards with the Hawke scope. I do have a external regulator big scba tanks and a chronograph which helps out alot
