Ultimate Airgun Safari

Last week I finally made it out to the great state of Arizona for the Prairie Dog opener. This was a trip that I have wanted to do for many years, just didn't ever have the right opportunity to do so. I reached out to my good friend Ben over at Shooting Gear Reviews to ask if he would consider hosting myself and two more of my hunting partners. Ben was more than happy to help plan the trip and even offered us to stay on his private ranch in Northern AZ. I reached out to Airguns Of Arizona and they were kind enough to sponsor this trip that helped me to document it the best I could and to showcase some Daystate rifles. Wednesday morning Terry, Marley and I left town and headed into the remote Norther desert of Arizona. The drive didn't take to long and we arrived to meet Ben at our first camp by around 10:30am.

The plan was to set up our tent camp within walking distance to several of the honey holes. The temperature was in the high 80's with a fairly heavy wind coming in from the South, not to Airgun friendly but we would make it work. We ended up driving to one of the first stops where we were able to hunt near the vehicle for the fist hour and a half. We had a fantastic trip, unfortunatley this post will take to many characters to complete so will leave the video I hope some may enjoy! Our total kill count was over 200 for the entire trip as well as some Jackrabbits and Cottontail.
