You have to set a base line of rules. Haha. Like stock from the factory or modified from the user. There is a difference from form and function vs practicality.
This would be my vote for ugliest from the factory. A Hatsan Sortie! It looks like a contraption of left over parts that Walmart could not sell and people returning their PCPs for a refund. Then Hatsan took those parts and decided to build this frankengun. I highly doubt any of us has one of these things.
