I don’t have any experience with the Beeman but I do like my little Notos. It’s not pellet fussy and pretty accurate.

I LIKE THE NOTOS,A LOT. BUT THE BEEMAN SUPRESURE COMES OFF AND GOING TO HAVE HIGH MAGAZINE. IT JUST SEEMS LIKE YOU CAN ADJUST. THAT GUY ON YOU-TUBE WAS RIPPING THE CENTER OUT OF THE TARGET. IT PUTS OUT LIKE 900-1100 FPS. THANKS FOR GETTING BACK TO ME.

It’s 2X the weight of the Notos. High power guns are over rated for pesting and target shooting. I’m shooting a 585 FOS P-rod out to 60 yards thumping pigeons. Shooting rats at 1100 FPS is waaaaay overkill with any gun.

I AGREE. THE NOTOS IS THE BEST AN AWESOME GUN. I'M USING ALL CAPS BECAUSE OF MY BAD EYESIGHT AND I HAVE A 13" MACBOOK PRO AND IF I TRY TO ENLARGE IT I MISS HALF THE SCREEN.IS THAT WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT YELLING? I'M 53 AND I AM NOT GROWING OLD GRACEFULLY.I GUESS I AM GOING TO GET A 15". I HAVE A GUY WHO WANTS TO TRADE A BEEMAN FOR THE MACBOOK PRO and i will go to smaller letters.

Its not really which model, its just in the nature of the red dots and bad eyes....it may look like more of a "starburst" instead of a clean dot.
Could be totally fine. If you got a bass pro or something by ya, go try and look thru one.
Also just a heads up, there are ALOT of counterfeit SIG products nowadays. A knock off can "amplify" the dot issue.
Buy from a known reputable seller. Buying on ebay or even amazon, you're taking a risk.

You are right about fake SIG products. I went to Amazon and it was $120. On Ebay it was like $50. I was like what the hell. I think you are right about me using a regular scope. I'm going for something cheap right now and see if I like air rifles. What do you use?

Athlon Talos 6-24 is under $250. Clear glass, good magnification for BR or turn it down to 10x for hunting. It’s a big scope but not super heavy. UTG Bug buster if you want cheap and light.

There are a million options.....but my go to cheap scope is the CVlife 3-9x40AO.
Its like $36 with rings on amazon. You cant go wrong for 36 bucks!

I was a sharp shooter in the military. So i know how important your scope is. do you what theDetective on you-tube.? He just did a review on both of these guns and they were pretty much the same. Ripped the bullies eyes on both target.I have to get a compressor. Not liking that.

Of those two I only have the Notos. Great little gun. I have a PP700sa tuned to 8 fpe and it kills rats and mice no problem at the 20 yards and in I use it.
I had no problems with my factory Notos mag like others have. But having Carm mags for it is REALLY nice. I don’t think you can go wrong with a Notos.
You may want to get some reading glasses haha. I’m a 2.00 in my left and .75 in my right. The fun of aging.

May be different in your area....but in mine there are a TON of amazon pallet resellers.
I have gotten 3 HPA pumps dirt cheap. They usually dont know what they are.
Its worth searching "air compressor" on FB marketplace, maybe you can get lucky.

I don't think you can go wrong with either one. Airgun Detective did a segment on both.
For pesting, I'd choose the Notos, it's lighter and smaller....

Get a notos I have 2 of the Beeman's and while there good guns for the money they require a lot of tinkering to get a good/descent shot count and shot curve with. Out of the box they have a horrible shot curve and are extremely loud. If you like spending time tuning a gun then the Beeman's can kinda be fun but if not get the notos
