This has a newly installed 12 foot pound Vortek kit with seal installed. Shooting at a consistent 11.5 foot pounds. Excellent accuracy. Now has a very pleasant amazing shot cycle With kit installed. These are extremely easy to work on. No spring compressor required. I have 2. I am keeping the higher powered 22 version. Stock is in excellent condition. Action is in good - very good condition. This rifle has Been very well cared for but not stuck in a safe. Some mild wear on the action from repetitive use, but still a gorgeous rifle. See attached photos.
