The first one, an old female, was a perfect brain shot, followed by lots of breakdancing.
The second one was not so perfect. Entered the left jaw, broke the neck, clipped the artery, and came out the rear of the neck on the right side. He was bleeding out when I got to him off-camera for the coup de grace. Shoulda taken the boiler room shot, but head shots never wreck the heart, which is good eating. They are feeding on cracked corn and sunflower seeds, which are somewhat unpredictable as to how long they're going to stay up. Peanuts in the shell are better, but I'm not sure I want to spend that much on these little blighters.
