Tuxing water cooled double cylinder compressor help

Hi I have the onboard water cooled tuxing version TDEX032 and now when I turn the compressor on it blows the reservoir cap off. When it is just circulating without compressor running no problems. Any ideas on how to fix this.

I have the same unit but have not seen this. Being a closed cooling system, I would suggest keeping the cap off and turn on water pump. Look into tank and observe the fluid flow into th tank. Switch on compressor while looking into tank and see if you notice any additional agitation of the coolant. It shod look the same regardless of compessor on or off. If you see a surge it could be an air leak between compressor air and cooling passages which would require disassembly. That's all I got. Keep us posted. Good luck.

You have a leak from the air/compression side to the cooling side!!!

Wast amounts of air is escaping from the cylinders into the cooling system.

A complete teardown and rebuild would be my best bid.

Ty Camaro and chickenthief I was afraid of that. Hoping something else. Guess I'll email tuxing store and go from there. Around an hour on unit. But that makes sense when compressor on makes air bubbles in lines and won't cool. When just circulating fine. Back to yong heng for now. Thanks again!

No pun intended! Alex it's a nice compressor when it runs . No biggie just have to make it right. When you roll the dice this kinda thing happens. It's a yong heng on steroids.

I ordered my from their store in China. Took about 5 weeks. I bought it for $899.00 to my door. I got the whole package on board cool and dual filters. Come with extra parts and filtration material.

Mine got a similar leak on the low pressure cylinder. And blew the reed valv.; but i finaly fixed it. The troubl is for me no diagram or parts list.
