Iv had 2 of them for a couple years and always seem to get one up? this time both gave up" mother"OMG iv had a couple of the Tuxing running off and on for a couple years.A guy gave me a couple more in a big box,he gave up on them.Any hoot iv changed the little spring and air orfes in the top of the head changed new rings on the aluminum piston and changed then on the brass rod high pressure,still not building pressure? both acting the same""any help??Thanks for any help.Man one these things are running,their great" Willy.Well day 3 i guess im giveing up? one got up to 1500 psi and the one that i put new rings in maybe 300psi. Have you checked the turn signal fluid?

In reality though, I consider these compressors to be disposable. You would probably have to buy a whole new head and piston to be sure - for the money and time just drop another $250 and get a new one. I basically did the same as you - bought 1 YH and then got a 2nd as backup. Good thing I did as the gauge popped on my first one at 5 hours.
