Tuxing double cylinder troubleshooting help

After a little over an hour running time at 10 or 15 min per run and doing great the TXEDO 12 stopped .I released pressure and pushed reset button . Started up and sounds good but when I closes bleed valve the compressor will go no higher than 800psi . I have emailed tuxing but wonder if someone has already been here before . Thanks

I'd say you have a pretty good leak somewhere. Check the filter and hoses after the pump as well. Another thing I found on mine is the push connectors where the power cord comes into the compressor. They were lose and vibrating to the point of arcing.

Thanks man but I covered all that and more. The blown breaker and then low pressure output is strange but connected somehow . Again thanks amigo!

It is possible the reset button itself is faulty and improperly sensing overcurrent shutting down the circuit. There are other items that can also cause a premature shutdown. I hope Tuxing provide good guidance not my experience. If you know a good electrical tech, he can monitor current draw and help pinpoint where fault lies. Good luck and keep us posted.

Thanks The reset is strange and could be over sensitive but not getting over 800 psi after reset is connected somehow . No leaks . I am working with Tuxing but so far a failure to communicate . I need pics or video in order to pursue there thoughts . After all I am just a lowly airgunner not a compressor tech !

Just something to consider...
What amp breaker are you running on in the breaker box, how far is the compressor from the box and what else is on that circuit?
Maybe use an amp meter to see how much the compressor is drawing under load.

PLUGED IN DIRECT. Circuit all its own . RESET shut down after 3 minutes . no heat- no noise- no mass !

I believe in the Black Box control is an overload relay that is wired into the reset circuit. You may need to take apart to get at it but thus could cause the shutdown prematurely.

Did Tuxing have any solution other than return? My buddy has a similar issue on his 042, but at 3200psi on a dedicated circuit... I've had good luck with my 012 so far, luck of the draw I reckon.

Yes they wanted video for some reason . Stalling manuver me thinks and then nothing! With less than 3 weeks and mabe 1 1/2 hr run time it was obviously a lemon ! Outside of that I loved it .

I have bought 3 Tuxings, TXED011,TXED012 they both run great with a little upgrading, but my luck with the TXEDT031 was knocking a month in use. a bad connecting rod by their words,they had me make a video and the remove the cover to the crank case to verify,they said they would send parts while under warranty. They refused to take it back. I had Asurion they dropped me and told me that someone made a mistake in selling it to me. so, i took it to AMAZON and they did nothing. So, when buying a Tuxing compressor, keep it simple, the tuxing 11 is 4 years old and 1 rebuild kit still going strong as with the 12.

i have same compressor but model 32 that has air fan and cooling system, its beed stopping at 3000psi, and there support at aliexpress literally dont know english, any suggestions?

I have a Tuxing TXEDT032, just purchased last September. It's been working great filling my PCP airguns. Yesterday, I didn't have the filler seated and locked and during a fill, almost to 300, it disconnected and I had a rapid decompression. Since then, the compressor is not developing any pressure. Cooling and motor are running fine, did I blow some kind of decompression valve that I now have to replace? No one was hurt but obviously made a loud noise. I don't know what's going on.
Any help is appreciated.
