I’m sorry to hear of your misfortune. I guess it’s a crapshoot with these Chinese compressors. Have you sprayed soapy water on all connections while under pressure? It doesn’t much of a leak to keep it from building pressure.

Ali express is infuriating in general. I bought direct from tuxing (over 1000 usd) because somebody along the way stole my guage at customs or in shipping. They sent a nice replacement right away.I purchased the TUXING TXEDT032 300Bar compressor from the Tuxing Authorized Store on AliExpress. Unfortunately, the unit stalled at just 2700 psi, well below its advertised capacity. I contacted AliExpress to initiate a return, as the listing clearly stated “free returns.”
After a week, I was told that the seller refused to cover return shipping, directly contradicting their advertised policy. Now, three weeks later, I still have not received a return label or any meaningful resolution.
This has been a frustrating experience, and I would strongly caution others against purchasing from the Tuxing Authorized Store

I hope you used PayPal, they always side with the buyer.
I'd recommend some mechanical things to check but if you haven't done that already, I don't think it's an option. My compressor came with a 2900psi blow off valve on it, i figured out how to tweak it to 4700. If you've only run it a couple minutes and want to try and figure it out, post some pics and im certain the group will help you figure it out.
The only thing they respond to in a situation like this is pesistent work on your part. 2-3 hours claims through aliexpress, bad reviews, chargeback on credit card. Do all 3. Unless you want to be the repair center. Repairing is an option if you are technical and want to invest the time. If you rebuild it with proper assembly maybe even without parts, it will work.I purchased the TUXING TXEDT032 300Bar compressor from the Tuxing Authorized Store on AliExpress. Send PayPal on them or reverse the charge. Watch new stuff show up that they said they couldn't do.The only thing they respond to in a situation like this is pesistent work on your part. 2-3 hours claims through aliexpress, bad reviews, chargeback on credit card. I have both of mine in the spare room, I don't think they're all that loud. The one on the left I have had for 4 years and the other around 1 year. Keeping up on the Maintenace (cleaning air system) including the right oil and oil changes, temps below 120 Is crucial.I find them to be fairly quiet considering how fast they are. Mine will put 1100 psi in a 45 minute SCBA in 11 minutes. Can your GX do that? But yes, they are too loud to use in your house.
It reminds me of an issue I had in a shop machine. A small piece of debris was beweet 1 leg of the contacts and it worked fine until you pulled some current for a while and then loaded up like this and made the breaker do things breakers shouldn't do. Granted my experience was 3 phase. That’s no an electrical issue. If it is, it would be the capacitor. But if it’s the cap, it will not start. I’ve fixed several Tuxings, and the one time I saw that, it was water in the second stage piston. Or a big amount of water in the low compression side. If too much water build up on hi pressure side. Water will not compress like air, and it will lock the pump
