I am considering buying a Compatto MK2 .22 FAC rated gun. I want to know if this version can be tuned down to around 12 ft/lb?
It's regulated, but no way of reading the reg setting, but there's ways of estimating that. I would probably try backing off the reg a bit, and lightening the hammer tension, and would keep the TP adjustment on full to let it breath.
I plan to use it for indoor pest bird control, and don't want the power, but think the gun is nice and compact for this purpose.
If anyone has an opinion or experience doing this on a Compatto, I'd appreciate any info.
