Tuning Airforce Condor Help for Newbe

Need some help with my 22 Condor. Can't get this gun to group. Have .145 valve installed. Tried 15.89 gn diablo (too fast) 18.3gn diablo speed seemed ok. 21.1gn also 820 to 950 depending on power wheel settings.
Exploring regulating with a PCPtunes regulator and .35L CF tank.
Any wisdom welcomed. I have had 3 or 4 pellets thru the same hole then back to the image shown. Driving me bonkers!
Picture at 25 yards.
My 1st PCP with a Hawke 4-16 ffp scope mounted on a dovetail to picatinny mount and high rings.

The oring in which the stem slides if is a bit dry will cause erratic shots. Dirty barrel.. or a loose barrel screw... at 25y it should be hole in hole .. if you are going for pellets only.. the altaros is a better choice .. the pcp tunes one will need a higher pressure n is not tuner friendly.. a guy in this the fourum managed to do a really cost effective regulated set up with a external bottle n a paint ball reg really affordable n reliable set up .. watch the expending you could end up with a money pit that still will not perform .. when. 22 taipan veteran that needs anything but pellets and air .. had been going right at the $1000 mark.. I like airforce guns I have 3 but they are use only to shoot heavy lead.

By heavy lead do you mean differently caliber or heaviest in 22 cal? Willing to shoot whatever is the most accurate. Hunt pestcontrol and target or my uses. Not just punching paper. But the most effective round in the world won't do me any good without hitting the target.
Checked barrel screws last night only one that I could turn at all was the one on the end cap and not much on it.
At this point I have around 400 pellets fired

New . Used.. ss or full length barrel 24" ..? Heavy lead=cast bullets... but in a trade I received 2 .18" barrels- .22 - .25 both are hole in hole at 25y with pellets or slugs.. pellets 18gr n 25gr in .25 ...22 -25gr 216 knockouts -- 25 - 35gr Nielsen .. I only tested them to see if I was going to sell them..but since they are shooting great will keep the because those could be shot at a low fill 2,900psi the rest of my pcp are 4000psi .. i have one factory. 22 -24" that could go from light GT0 to 40g bt really good barrel.. what is the setup you use..?

New SS 18" barrel. Will take it back out today and try to see if my labradar will pick up the pellets. Damaged my beta chrony. Don't know for sure if it is erratic speed or maybe the wrong valve cap installed. Came with the .232 cap installed and the 21gn pellets were flying at 1050 fps. Bought the valve kit and ended up installing the . 145 cap. Got me back to 850 to 875 fps with 21gn HN. Will try shooting with labradar if it works with pellets only used with my rifles. All of this was with 3000 PSI fill.

I would try jsb 25 gr for the 22 cal you want them running between about 850 to 915 about for good accuracy also double check your scope mounts are tight which can throw you off to
Scope was mounted with dovetail mounts to start with then went to a picatinny adaptor for better eye alignment. Even used a lead sled to take me out of the equation. Heaviest pellet that I currently have is the 21.1 gn

Both should be good set them up for around 900 fps with a o-ring under the top hat around the stem shoot over a Chrono till you drop below 900 by about 15 fps so you now about how many shots you can get you might start out around 890 then peek out around 910 then back down to 890 shoot a few more till it falls off farther to make sure you know your range and watch the gauge to do you know when to refill get a shot count number also then I would clean barrel get it pretty close to sited in and throw it in a lead sled or something like that to take your self out of the equation try not to rest the front on the barrel may throw you off try to keep the extreme spread when shooting over the Chrono about 20 fps too after all that if you still can't get it I would try different pellets

Dry patch or with hoppes?
Hoppes.. then the dry patch until they come as clean as possible.. speed could be bump up .. but I won't touch speed until I get that gun doing hole in hole..at 25y if you can get a good group at 850 it will not be better at 900 ..ones you have figured out what's happening..then you could go for speed .. I even use a nylon brush n give it a good scrub..

With the 21gn at 2800 or so PSI andpower wheel set to 3.1 average 952 fps 13fps extreme spread seemed to group better.
At 2900 psi. average 906-935 fps.
When pressure dropped to around 2200 PSI shots tended to have fliers to the left and right of target. Average fps 935 with the power wheel set to min setting.
Thankfully my Labradar is working with pellets in doppler trigger mode
Seemed to be the most accurate at 27 to 2800 PSI although the FPS was no more consistant.
Why get more fliers with lower tank pressure and setting lower to drop the fps to 935ish?
Could it be a problem with the smaller top hat valve? Did just order some 25 and 33.9gn pellets to try.
