Tuned R9's and R7's Deal

Mike over at Flyingdragonairrifles.com just got in a few R9's and R7's . R9's are in .22, R7's in.177.

They are $450 and $350 tuned and shipped. Just ordered a R9 myself. I have been very pleased with my previous orders from Mike. Heck of deal for tuned rifles.

Wow! I’ve been into airguns for ~8 years now, and have had several people that I knew rave about him. Most of these were folks that were pretty good with airguns themselves. I hva never met or talked to Mike, but our few dealings have always been what was expected. My latest was one of these tuned R7s I bought from him a few weeks ago, I am highly satisfied with it.

That said, we are all human, and I expect every businessman has one person that was not satisfied for whatever reason.

Mike is a great gunsmith and very knowledgeable. He can be kurt and to the point, but I'd do business with him (And have on multiple occasions).

Got a friend who took delivery of one of Mike's tuned R9's a week ago and couldn't be happier with his rifle. Bought from the man myself and while not one of his R7/R9 deals, have absolutely no complaints about my dealings with Mike.

BeeGee, have a look at the GTA PCP Gate. Seen several members over there that have the Sentry rifles and no complaints. You might have to do a bit of scrolling through the pages but you'll find them:

I've dealt with Mike and find him to be honest. I would trust his offerings.

Changed my order to the one .177 R9 he had. Was originally going to do a .22 but the consensus seems to be .177 for the R9. Should be here in a few days.

If I had to guess his "tune" on these guns is only a lube tune.

Take the gun apart, take out all the factory lube, and put in new, test fire, etc.

He may even do a little polishing, I don't know, that would be a question for him.

He is a straight up guy though.
