Tune in a tube?

Welp, I had one of those "GREASE" tunes done by a fellow who has since passed so he won't be named. It was a D48. When he was done with it, he charged me as much as a tune and spring replacement by a competent AGsmith would have charged. The gun shot EVERYTHING at 16 FPE... I mean literally the heaviest pellets, the lightest pellets, everything shot at 16 FPE... until the temperature got below about 40 degrees...

You don't need goop... just lube the rifle properly and if you want a tune do it right or pay someone else to do it right.
