Trying to find a scope mount for an FWB 800 universal

I've got a lead on a FWB 800 universal rifle. BUT before I buy I want to be certain that I can shoot the rifle with a scope. I've been all over the net and called AOA who directed my to Champions Choice and I've still not gotten the information I need. In the series of 800 rifles there are several. The field target rifle shows an elevated scope mount which is cantilevered off of the forward portion of the dove tail. I would assume this mount would also mount in a similar fashion to the universal gun (my assumption being the actions are the same on all 800 series guns) 

I can not find a part number or a source for that scope riser any wear. FWB shows some expanded views but I just can't seem to locate that information.

Anyone experienced with scope mounts on a FWB 800 I'd appreciate hearing from you. It's also possible that typical dovetail rings may work as well.


 
I think the mounts on that rifle are very similar to the FWB 601 SSP rifle. On mine, I used a dovetail to Pic rail adaptor, like this one:

with the overhang facing rearwards, and used an MTC Viper Connect 3-12x24 zero eye relief scope and slim low height rings. I also needed to install a shortened gate that is sold on eBay, not sure about that with the 800.

I initially used two rings together, but found single strap rings that fit aft of turret so I could use two spaced out rings and get the scope a little further forward. One ring where the bubble level is and one ring forward of the turrets.

If you google scope riser for FWB 800 it will show you a picture of the mount used on the 800 field target rifle which it would seem to me would be ideal. Do you think I can find a part number or any human being that wants to even take a stab at finding a source.

AOA referred me to Champions Choice who looked at the picture of the 800 universal and flat out said it can't be done and I'm convinced it can be. How eloquently and how satisfied I will be is the question.

It's disturbing to me that the person who answers the phone makes pronouncements which are not true and turns away and OFF customers when what they really should be saying is "that's a good question and I don't know the answer but I'll direct your call to some one who does" This should happen at any business not just air guns. I'm a heck of a good customer and I deserve a little better then what I got from AOA today.

That scope riser shown on the field target should be a easy find and should ??? go right on that 800 universal. I suspect I have to get to the right person at AOA to solve this one. Talked to Rich and he seemed a little unwilling to get into this with me after I purchased about 7 grand with of stuff from them (dropped the ball today boys ) . They should have a direct source for FWB stuff and it just should not be that difficult.

The difference that I see with the 800 over the 600 is there appears to be a dovetail ahead of the loading port which I don't see on the pictures of center cuts rifle Which should (?) be to my advantage.

Like most anything you can solve this by sprinkling money on it. Buy a new FWB equipped with the scope riser. Field target . I've been looking hard at that Daystate Tsar but I was trying to do this for $1500 not $3000. There in lies the rub.

Still annoyed that I can't get some one who can source that riser from FWB . Gotta be a way . BUT it is possible the only way is to have a custom mount made . That might eat up any buying used savings.
