Truck gun.

I'm looking for a good truck gun to keep with me all the time. The Impact in its case is just too monstrous to carry around all the time. My criteria is high power (USA), compact to ultra compact, multi-shot. The serious contenders are Leshiy2. Wildcat MKIII, or Dreamtact Compact. .25 or .30. This will be for pest control at the farm for anything attacking the chickens, except for bear. I will probably put my 4K Pro on it. I live too close to bordering states to carry my preferred tool, my Ruger MKII 10". (No reciprocity of LTC).

Leshiy2- Very compact. Eight shots are plenty. High coolness factor. Expensive and not readily available.

Wikdcat MKIII Compact- Compact, but not extremely so compared to the others.

DreamTact Compact- More compact than Wildcat. Decent shot count. Readily available. Doesn't really interest me too much, but this is about utility, not a beauty contest.

All of the above are tuneable, with multi-caliber options, which is nice. Noise isn't really an issue. Opinions welcome. Thanks.

Lelya 2.0 is great. I am excited about the Leshiy2 as well, but the Lelya does not leave me wanting much more from an airgun.

Truck gun... hmmm... Conjures thoughts of tough., proven accuracy, simple magazine design, enough capacity for p-dawgs or ground hogs, enough power for shorter-range coyote. Compact, of course, shoulders easily, and for me, ambidextrous since I might have to shoot braced either way.

Aw, man, this is easy!

Lelya 2.0. I bought mine used and it has been a monster of a performer. I was handpumping it but we just bought a GX compressor and now have air whether on the road or at the house. Soft JSBs are darn near going through one wall of a 55 gallon steel drum at 40 yards, and like a previous mention of what should be expected from any other valuable tool left in a truck, as a truck-gun it is darn near indestructible. I worked construction many years and IMO, it's one of the cheaper items you'd find if you looked in my toolbox when I was still in the trades.

I'll be getting the Leshiy 2.0 eventually, but between my Leshiy and the Lelya, I really have everything my and my girlfriend need for dropping targets or putting the smack down on pests. Both meet the desires for durable, simple design, accurate, and compact.

About the coyote thing: I know a lot of folks opt for larger calibers and more power. I've dropped song-dogs with 22LR enough times that a Lelya tuned for power and the latest hybrid slugs will be plenty in .25. Still, if I was really looking for coyote specifically, I'd have a dedicated .30 or .35- and that would not mean a truck gun.
