Trouble sending pm’s

I have not been able to pm members since the last forum change.

I am sure the means to do it are there, but my dying eyesight can’t find it. I used to have. Icon to pm at the upper left, but not now.

hover mouse over username - chose "start conversation" from drop down menu - haven't tried it though

Hi Roachcreek,

You have exceeded any requirements needed to use the PM system. I do not see any restrictions on your account. As Towle mentioned you can hover over a users name then click "start a conversation", or you can click on your avatar at the top, click on the mailbox, and underneath your recent messages you can also "start a new conversation" there. Please LMK if you need further assistance.

I should have mentioned that I have tried the start conversation and it did not work.
