The new Trigger Cam 2.1 came in Wednesday. My first thoughts and attempt to use it are as found below.
First, the app is a pain in the posterior. Hard to keep linked up. I get significant audio back feed when attempting to use it. It works well with the SD Card.
The camera was easy to attach and focus as long as I could keep the app in place. Once focused though, I see no issue with moving it from rifle to rifle or making changes. The set-up itself was very easy. The hard and time consuming part will be in learning to edit the video.
To get familiar with it, I thought I would shoot it indoors first. What I learned is I had to add significant extra light on the target for it to not be so dark you can't see it, and lower the scope magnification. I'm certain it will produce a higher quality video outdoors with a lower scope setting.
I took the suggestion of other AGN members and started off with the NCH video editor as the editing tool. I can tell I have so much to learn to get close to the quality many of you are posting.
My first familiarization attempt is as attached. I apologize for the audio redundancies.
