Tried some .22 pile drivers today

Hi Eaglefn66, I haven't tried these pellets but would like to give them a go.
What are you shooting them out of and what speed?
At what distance did you shoot that group?
They certainly have some penatrating power!

Hi air supply.. I shot them from a new out of the box Air Arms S510 @880 fps. My new gun..
That plywood backstop I about 1 1/4 thick and those pile drivers broke throug with a tight group.

My shooting buddy has an s410. Air Arms are such well made rifles. Great choice.
They have the LW barrel? Was the pile driver group from 75yards as well? I haven't ever seen these pellets. Not easy to find. Bit of a mystery pellet to me but there bc and potential seem excellent.
Your other groups are equally impressive. If it can shoot 14 grain diablo pellets and and then the 30 grain?? Pile drives. Strait out of the box must have put a smile on your face!

Yes I have a LW barell.. The pile drivers were shot at 50 yds. I found a guy selling them on EBay from Fla. in a package of 3 tins. I opened one so far, they were full of shavings ect. Very thin shavings, I washed them before using. And Yes, I am very happy with this rifle, my first PCP. Very quiet, hard to realize how hard it's hitting when it's so quiet.
