Traveling to Europe w/Airguns on my mind

Me and my brood will be traveling to Eastern Europe in 2022 (at least that is the plan as long as security remains manageable) and am wondering what would be smart things to purchase there and bring back into (lets just presume customs fee do not enter into the equation)?

Are there particular things that are cheaper to buy there compared to the US or would be hard if not impossible to get here but not there? I am relatively new to a PCPs and thus have little to no idea what is what. I would guess that ammo would be a consideration, no? Particular weapons, accessories, hardware, etc?

First the passport thing probably won’t unless you can get the seller to send it directly to the USA. Also, do not try to bring the guns on the plane with you back to usa. I did that and treated like a criminal even though my paperwork was good, and I WAS living in the Netherlands at the time. Left both guns in USA because I didn’t want the bullpoop when I returned.

Long story short, if you see something, try to work with the dealer to get them to ship it to you in USA, directly meaning you can look but don’t touch until you get home, and that is the only way won’t have to pay an average of 20% VAT.

Also, depending on the country you may not be able to purchase an FAC rated gun, i.e. sub-12 or similar limits.
