Tract Optics TORIC 2.5-15 x 44 User review

I’d previously only heard of these scopes on AGN. This past week or so it’s seems that people have been talking about Tract more online, why is that?
That’s a good question and I don’t have a good answer. I picked this scope up in March and just got to it on my list to review. Coincidence perhaps?

That being said, I am truly impressed by the brand quality as well as the owners whom I have had several discussions with.

@Airgun Advisor I read something elsewhere about them releasing a new scope. I just don’t know which one it is. I’ve been reading about the Toric since 2021. I’ve read some good things about them. I didn’t know they’re an American based company with scopes assembled in Japan until reading more about them recently.

The newest one is the TORIC LRT. It has a crazy amount of vertical adjustment and has allowed me to get rid of my adjustable rings that I used on my 100yard bench Airguns and the glass is superb as is the machining on the turrets. The only knock is that the new LRT doesn’t go down to 10 yards. For me it doesn’t matter because I’m not shooting the Airgun it is mounted on at 10 yards. I mean that is just too easy. 😂

@Airgun Advisor You airgun benchrest guys irk the hell out of me with scopes that have a minimum 15-25 yard parallax and you don’t care. Y’all get to talking them up and airgunners like me can’t do much with ‘em. I hunt in the timber. Sometimes I can throw the rifle at an animal and hit them.

Lol. Well I’m well rounded. The one in the video will do your 10 yards no problem. 😉

Cyclops reviewed Tract couple years ago, he loved the unit he reviewed. Josh from Pursuit of Accuracy does both rimfire and airgun content, has been using Tract for quite some time. The company sells direct so there's no middle man mark up. Company is building a loyal fan base, and its growing.......

Tract Optics shows an interest in the Airgun competitive scope market, If I was looking to purchase a PRS Scope, I would be taking a close look at Tract. I would not be surprised if Tract came out with a 16x for FT. Love that Reticle. Enjoyed the review!
Great feedback and I made the same suggestion with 16x when I spoke with the owners.
