Torque specs

What should I torque the "stock to action" bolt on my Daystate Huntsman Regal XL.

Just snug it down comfortably with a light one-hand hold on your screw driver. It's not critical.

Follow above advice, shoot it for groups at 50 yards keep notes on all target groups then imagine a clock in fact put a tape on that stock with a hole in the middle where the stock bolt is and draw a clock 12 o clock to 11 o clock loosten it in 5 minute increments turn shoot again then loosten 5 minutes shoot. Some guns are affected by how tight or loose that stock bolt is believe it or not.
