Here is a bit more information on the UTGs, you didn't cover. I currently own 3, but have owned 2 others of various ilk. All were about ±$135 on Amazon.
First, there is NO sun shade available due to its eyebrow design. I overcame that by using a clear mailing tube painted flat black, sipped over the scope objective.
The locking turrets work okay once you realize that final adjustments MUST BE MADE with the locking rings tightened just right. Too loose or too tight, and the POA changes and/or won't stay put! It took me 6 months to realize how bad that issue was (is). But once on, they stay on.
The glass is not all that good. You can't expect much due to the price paid. This said, I have a Hammer's I paid $145 for, that is markedly better. But for a scope used to plug pigeons at under 75 yards, they're passible.
What I'm waiting to see, is Hammer's new FFP etched glass scope, with a ≈$150 price tag.
