Four of us got together this morning for a squirrel hunt. We got to the woods at first light but it was very windy . Usually that makes squirrel hunting tough and it was. I only saw three and took one shot getting this grey squirrel with a shot to the head. One other guy shot a fox squirrel and the other two didn't get any. The squirrels were really spooky this morning and we would only get a glimpse and then they would disappear.
I spotted a bump on the side of a tree about 25 yards away that i thought was a squirrel head. A quick look through my Alpha6 confirmed it was indeed a squirrel head so I sent an 18gr jsb through it. Im very happy with this gun and scope combination and it perfomed perfectly today.
