To any manufacturer of gas ram airguns

Please make some models that are not magnum power levels.

• Something in the 6 FPE range
• Something just under 12 FPE
• Something around 16 FPE

They should be easy to shoot well. (not hold-sensitive)

The market is already flooded with gas piston guns above those levels.

Buy a F-class gas ram rifle in Germany, these are in the 6 FPE range because of the law there. Or in the UK, there are some manufacturers that also have gas rams that are set at just under 12 FPE (again, due to the laws there).

That's one option, but a costly one. 

Its true rue that most American airgunners start out with Magnumitis. But they eventually wise up.

It's probably cheaper to buy a gas ram as spare part and have that shipped, than a complete rifle. But from a logistical standpoint I understand why manufacturers don't offer all kinds of rifles from the same make and model with different power settings. I would love to see them made like the Theoben gas ram, where you can adjust the power with a pump or by releasing some air from the gas ram.
