Posts like this is why we need the OT back. At least have a 'Bushcraft/survival' OT where this and other 'outdoorsy' type things can be discussed.

We enjoy morrels, oysters, puffballs, and chanterelles when we can find them. There is more kinds but these are the best tasting and the ones we’re comfortable identifying. “Learn your land” is a great YouTube channel to learn about mushrooms and other plants and trees. The photo is a batch of oysters we found last summer.
