This one has been calling to me recently. For a springer, it’s pretty petite and lightweight. I picked this up used 15 years ago for a song from Steve the owner of yellow forum, good guy. I bought two from him, I foolishly sold one of them.
This is certainly the best overall Springer for chippies I have. Lighter and shorter. The trigger goes off by itself when you think about it. But not dangerous. The wood
is out of this world. It is very rare to see fancy wood on a Theoben. England is not known for its trees.
All of the markings on the rifle are pictured. It is basically unmarked. No model.
I made sure it was cited in, and within the first hundred yards we had whacked three chippies. All one shot kills. This thing is an absolute laser. It’s only 12 foot pounds so very easy to cock. Shoots JSB 8.4s very accurately and very flat.
